Redevelopment of Futako-Tamagawa
Futako-Tamagawa, a city in Setagaya-ku, Tokyo, has completed its large-scale redevelopment project in July 2015. Taking almost 33 years to complete, it has opened all the facilities including home goods, large-scale shopping mall, office building, hotels, and other various buildings.
Rakuten's main office (the internet mail order leading company) has relocated here as well consumer electronics sold by the large-scale bookstore, Tsutaya, are catching attention as the surroundings flourish in huge excitement.
Futako-tamagawa has become favored by the citizens because of the high expectation of the city's future as a valued asset.
